Fr. Lich is the spiritual leader of St. Martha's. His main responsibilities are celebrating the sacraments and preaching the word of God. He is also responsible for overall support and supervision of the staff and maintaining the plant of the parish, In addition he provides spiritual direction and pastoral visits to the sick and bereaved. He is an ex-officio member of the Parish Council and the Finance Council.
